Dr. Mostafa Borahay is a proud graduate of Zagazig University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 where he also completed residency training in Ob/Gyn in 2002.He has been in the United States since 2004 where He had further clinical training, completed PhD and MBA degrees.He is currently Associate Professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Johns Hopkins University at USA.He serves as the Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center He also serves as the Director of the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical CenterDr. Borahay is a referral expert for Minimally Invasive (Robotic and Laparoscopic) surgeries for complex fibroids and endometriosis cases Dr. Borahay leads a Research Team at Johns Hopkins University focused on developing novel therapeutics to uterine fibroids and understands how it develops.He is the Principal Investigator for an NIH-funded R01 multi-institutional grant for uterine fibroids.He is the author of several scientific paper and books e.g. Fibroids and Reproduction.He received many awards and recognitions e.g. President’s Plenary Award, Society for Reproductive Investigation; the James W.
